I created The Unconventional Training Mastermind to help real people build real strength that actually carries over into life. No gimmicks, no bullshit. Just intentional movement, smart programming, and (most important) results.
My training style blends raw strength, athletic conditioning, and mobility, all centered around unconventional tools such as the kettlebell, landmine & sandbag. Why? Because they build strength that moves. Three Dimensional strength you can feel outside the gym, in your joints, your confidence, and your mindset.
